Job Summary :

As a Restaurant Server for R & R Breakfast Spot responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Greet Customers : Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel valued and comfortable.

Take Orders : Accurately record food and beverage orders, clarifying any dietary restrictions or

preferences.

Serve Food and Beverages : Deliver orders promptly and ensure that all items are presented attractively.

Monitor Guest Experience : Check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and

address any needs or concerns.

Handle Payments : Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, including cash and credit

transactions.

Maintain Cleanliness : Keep tables and serving areas clean, organized and assist with light cleaning duties as needed.

Communicate with Kitchen Staff : Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely preparation of meals.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Manage multiple, concurrent and conflicting priorities and deadlines.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of customers and staff during your role.

Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide a positive

dining experience.

Ability to accurately take orders and ensure correct delivery of food and beverages.

Capable of managing multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Competence in handling cash and processing payments.

Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers.

Education and Experience :

1-3 years of fast paced restaurant experience

Physical Requirements :

Prolonged periods of standing.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
