Quality Assurance Clerk

PrideStaff on behalf of a client in Davie is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Clerk to join their Team. This position is Temporary to Hire.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue FAA Form 8130-3 and/or EASA dual release certificates for components approved for return-to-service.
• Review travelers, inspection reports, test data, and quality checklists for completeness and compliance prior to release.
• Review inspection and test documentation to ensure all work performed is properly recorded and signed off in accordance with company procedures and the applicable Component Maintenance Manual (CMM)
• Maintain accurate and organized quality records—both digital and hard copying compliance with regulatory and company retention requirements
• Support the Chief Inspector during audits, customer visits, and FAA/EASA inspections by retrieving and presenting documentation as required.

Qualifications/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an FAA Part 145 repair station or MRO quality department
• Computer savvy (Microsoft Office, ERP)
• Proficiency in reviewing technical documentation, CMMs, and inspection records

Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
