Responsibilities :

- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Provide general support to visitors and staff.
- Coordinate office procedures and handle requests and queries from senior managers.
