Position Summary :

The Senior Logistics Analyst supports Polaris PG&A transportation operations by providing advanced analytical insights coordinating logistics activities and contributing to process improvements. This role focuses on optimizing freight performance supporting carrier relationships and ensuring operational efficiency across various transportation modes. It is a senior individual contributor role not a management position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advanced Freight Analysis

Analyze freight spend across inbound outbound and transfer shipments.

Assist in coordinating daily transportation activities with carriers and distribution centers.

Track and report on carrier KPIs.

Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to logistics workflows.

Ensure logistics activities align with internal policies and external regulations.

Partner with internal teams (e.g. customer service product development finance) to support logistics-related initiatives.

Qualifications

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $77000 to $102000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
