Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical construction projects from planning through completion

• Ensure field personnel safety, labor productivity, quality assurance, and coordination

• Manage budgets, cost projections, financial reporting, and project cash flow

• Direct procurement of materials and equipment

• Review, track, and manage change orders

• Build and maintain strong owner/client relationships

• Supervise personnel, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with company procedures

• Monitor project progress and provide timely reports to leadership

• Support field operations to meet schedule, quality, and financial goals

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of construction-related experience, preferably in mechanical contracting

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint, Bluebeam Revu, Vista-Viewpoint (PM & Accounting Software), and Quotesoft Estimating Software

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to interpret written and oral instructions

• Proven ability to manage time, budgets, and technical data effectively
