Senior Manager of Card Operations

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Card Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Card Operations team, overseeing personnel actions and performance evaluations

Oversee and improve Card Operations processes, ensuring compliance and effectiveness

Collaborate on cross-departmental projects and manage card operational process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

10+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years with Card Processors and in the Prepaid and Debit Card Industry

5+ years of leadership experience

Experience with Card Program Implementations or New Business Development for card programs is a plus

Strong knowledge of the card industry, including card fraud monitoring and dispute management
