What's the job?

• Process 800+ invoices per week with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable tasks from invoice entry to payment
• Reconcile expense accounts, prepaids, accruals and other balance sheet items
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Ensure AP compliance with internal policies and controls
• Use SAP / S4 HANA ERP systems daily

What's needed?

• 35 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Strong reconciliation and month-end close support skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience with SAP / S4 HANA strongly preferred
