Responsibilities:

• Prospect and cultivate new customersrelationships

• Understand costumersgoals, objectives, and desired outcomes

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

• Identify key decision-makers, understand customersneeds, and tailor presentations, proposals, and demonstrations accordingly

• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Address customer’s inquiries and providetimely answers

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and competition

• Represent JLL Asset Beacon in industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Senior/Sales Account Executive or similar role for a SaaS company

• Track record of achieving sales quotas and metrics

• Experience with Salesforce.com,Salesloft, Zoominfoa plus

• Understanding and consistent achievement of sales performance metrics

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to deliver engaging presentations

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.

• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently, long hours and as part of a team

• Willingness to travel as required

Estimated total compensation for this position:

200,000.00 – 350,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
