We at Coforge are hiring for Technical Product Manager with the following skills:

• We are seeking an experienced Onshore Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of its core platform as it scales across multiple states.
• This role combines product strategy, technical architecture leadership, and strong data competency to ensure a secure, reliable, and extensible platform.
• The TPM will own the multi‑year product roadmap, partner with executive leadership on state‑expansion strategy, and translate regulatory and customer needs into actionable product requirements.
• They will work closely with engineering to drive modern cloud‑native architecture, oversee platform scalability, reliability, and security, and prioritize technical debt and modernization.
• A key focus is data strategy and governance—shaping data models, supporting analytics and machine learning, and ensuring quality, compliance, and privacy across state implementations. The role requires seamless cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, data, UX, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality increments and ensure successful customer adoption.
• The TPM will also engage directly with state agencies and partner organizations, communicating roadmap changes, platform capabilities, and deployment readiness.
• Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of technical product leadership, deep understanding of cloud architectures and distributed systems, experience scaling SaaS platforms, strong data fluency, and excellent communication and execution skills. Experience in public sector or multi-stakeholder environments is a plus.
