What Youll Do

  • Conduct on-site roof inspections and measurements
  • Prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive estimates
  • Interpret plans, specifications, and proposal requirements
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and project managers
  • Identify labor, materials, and time requirements for each project
  • Assist the sales team and provide technical expertise
  • Deliver proposals and follow up with clients to help close deals

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator or in a similar construction estimating role
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems (residential)
  • Proficient with estimating software
  • Excellent mathematical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Valid clean drivers license; ability to perform site visits
