Heavy Equipment Technician

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!  Join a respected company with over 100 years of experience, and bring your skills as a Heavy Equipment Technician to our expanding team in Worthington. As a Heavy Equipment Technician, you will be repairing processing equipment, conveyors, and heavy equipment to include excavators and front-end loaders.

Responsibilities :

• Examine equipment to determine any damages or malfunctions, service as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment to a defined schedule and maintain preventative maintenance instructions.
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, hydraulics, etc. to ensure they are in proper operating condition.
• Ensure all equipment / facilities are 100% complaint to standard safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
