What You’ll Do :

Provide expert-level IT support for Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments including Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware.

Design, implement, and support modern infrastructure solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.

Architect and deploy tailored system solutions that align with each client’s unique business needs.

Build and support robust disaster recovery solutions.

Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including WAN / LAN connectivity, firewalls, routers, and security protocols.

Implement and support secure remote access solutions such as VPNs and Azure Virtual Desktop.

Deliver consultative services including system assessments, documentation, and strategic recommendations.

Maintain proactive communication with clients—ensuring they’re informed, confident, and supported at every step.

Beyond the Basics :

Act as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.

Collaborate with a high-performing team to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Gain a deep understanding of each client’s business to align IT with their goals.

Stay ahead of the curve by reviewing new technologies and trends regularly.

Use ConnectWise to document work, manage time, and track project progress.

What You Bring :

5+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years in an MSP environment strongly preferred.

Professional certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or SonicWall CSSA.

Experience with MSP tools like ConnectWise and Kaseya.

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can explain tech clearly and patiently.

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.

A team-first attitude with a self-driven mindset.
