Phlebotomist - University Internist @ The Hill

Job Summary : Functions as a Phlebotomist for the University Internist office. Performs Routine and difficult phlebotomies for patients as ordered by qualified providers. Uses EMR / LIS systems to create registrations, transcribe / scan outside physician orders, convert (if needed), release and accession orders and to contact providers. Identifies patients and labels specimens appropriately. Minimum Qualifications :

Phlebotomy certification required and 1 year directly related experience.Good computer and interpersonal skills also required.
