Job Overview

  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development and OEM partners to define effective sales channels of all products.
  • Establishes effective relationship with the sales force and Global Regional Managers with leadership, training, pricing and positioning expertise.
  • Establishes relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and researchers to develop Clinical Evidence that supports sales growth in line with KUBTEC strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serves as a key and active member of the Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies to ensure profitable, sustainable growth for KUBTEC.
  • Develops and implements the KUBTEC Brand strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Develops the marketing strategy for new and existing KUBTEC products.
  • Creates appropriate sales tools, materials and presentations.
  • Manages the marketing team providing coaching, leadership and assistance with resources and strategy development.
  • Undertakes continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends. Analyzes existing product and markets in terms of the ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue and sustain or grow profitability.
  • Develops and manages the marketing budget.

    • Qualifications

  • BA / BS Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant technological field.
  • 10+ years marketing experience in a medical device company.
  • 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with executives, sales, product development and key operational groups.
  • Proven record of leadership and managing a marketing organization with global responsibility and establishing long term strategic growth initiatives.
  • Proven success and track record as an individual contributor and manager who has grown top line results.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Senior level marketing professional with a proven track record of success managing complex multi-discipline sales scenarios.
