Currently seeking an Operational Research System Analyst (ORSA)to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position requires TS clearance and SCI eligibility. The qualified applicant will serve as an embedded analytical expert within operational planning teams, applying advanced analytical methods, such as modeling and simulation, wargaming, statistical analysis, and systems thinking to inform mission design, evaluate COAs, and develop MOEs and MOPs. Enhance operational adaptability, strategic alignment, and mission effectiveness in support of Irregular Warfare and OIE planning and execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Define measurable and observable MOEs to support operational planning and assessment.
• Participate in the development of intelligence and non-kinetic targeting activities to align collections and define acceptable outcomes.
• Support assessments of the information environment through the integration of opinion research data, intelligence, operational reporting, and social media insights.
• Contribute to the collection and analysis of social, cultural, economic, political, religious, and regional indicators from all available sources to assess approved series in theater.
• Coordinate, consolidate, submit, and track intelligence requirements across Information Forces and Info activities.
• Create and determine resourcing strategies; coordinate with stakeholders for the collection of identified indicators across multiple domains.
• Develop intelligence inputs for inclusion in command collection plans, facilitating planning, execution, and assessment for MOPs and MOEs.
• Identify, assess, design, and report on complex adversary capabilities, including order of battle, force structure, leadership, policies, plans, strategies, and intentions.
• Monitor and assess developments affecting IO Division planning and operational execution.
• Identify and track performance measures through attainment of MOEs, ensuring alignment with IRC requirements.
• Provide operational intelligence services covering the full range of intelligence functions to support OIE and influence campaigns.
• Apply advanced analytical methods (statistics, modeling, simulations, data science) to assess and optimize OIE effectiveness.
• Advise leadership and planners to enable data-informed decisions on employing Information Forces across battlespace.
