Senior Billing Operations Associate

AutoLeap is building a world-class team, and we are looking for a driven Senior Billing Operations Associate to help run and improve our billing processes. This role is a unique opportunity to join from the ground floor and create lasting impact by growing and serving our high-performance teams. You will play a key role in understanding our internal stakeholders, and executing the fulfillment of their business needs. This is a cross-functional role with exposure to all departments within the company.

AutoLeap is the market-leading shop management SaaS provider in the underserved auto repair industry. The Shop Management System (SMS) provides an all-in-one, cloud-based auto repair management software that helps after-market auto shop owners focused on general repair to better understand, manage and grow their businessfrom scheduling appointments to managing technicians and generating invoices to help save time and money.

As Senior Billing Operations Associate, you will assist with :

  • Handling day-to-day billing operations
  • Handling billing discrepancies, responding to queries, and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues
  • Managing subscription amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations in the billing system
  • Supporting the creation and modification of subscription plans and pricing models in the billing system
  • Investigating and resolving billing disputes, working with cross-functional teams to gather information and providing timely resolutions
  • Carrying out weekly reconciliations, ensuring billing data is aligned between different sources
  • Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements in billing operations, including automation and system optimization
  • Documenting billing processes
  • Assisting with other Finance tasks as and when required

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • 3+ years' experience in Billing Operations
  • Intermediate-to-pro level expertise in spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets)
  • A passion for Finance, number crunching and operations
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
