The ETC Information Desk Representative is a member of the Patient Experience Department whose primary responsibility is to provide services to the families and patients at the ETC Information Desk and in the waiting room and to support the needs of all the customers who utilize the ETC and enter the ETC entrance to the main hospital. ETC Info Desk Representative promotes the flow of information to and from Miami Valley Hospital staff and physicians to waiting patients and families and works collaboratively with the security department who are responsible for managing the metal detector
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED
Experience
Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3years of job-related experience
Knowledge/Skills
▪Problem solving and complaint resolution skills
▪Excellent communication and telephone skills
▪Working knowledge of computer and basic keyboarding skills
▪Able to multi task while remaining calm and focused on overall delivery of service to customers
▪Ability to deliver nonbiased, caring and compassionate service to persons of all economic and social levels, races and cultures
