This facility is a high-quality orthopedic practice located in the Minnesota lakes area. The driven and growth-oriented team comprises three surgeons and four advanced practice clinicians, collaborating to deliver exceptional patient-centric orthopedic care. The facility includes a 16-bed MSP Unit, 8-bed ICU, and holds a Level III Trauma designation.

Opportunity : NP / PA - Orthopedic Surgery

This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative orthopedic practice while enjoying the beautiful Minnesota lakes area. You'll serve as both a clinical provider and surgical assistant in a team dedicated to delivering exceptional orthopedic care.

Job Details :

• Monday-Friday schedule with half-day off (36 patient contact hours) with 1 : 4 primary call rotation
• Call includes coverage of surgery and clinic as well as patient referrals / needs from ED and UC
• See 15-25 patients per full day in clinic
• Perform special procedures including casting, injections, and reductions
• Assist surgeon in OR 1-2 days per week
• Conduct inpatient and TCU rounding with 0-5 inpatients per day
• Work 1-2 days weekly at outreach clinic seeing 15-20 patients daily
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals
• Provide health care emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention
• Position eligible for NHSC Loan Repayment

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
