What you can expect as an Application Administrator I :
Assist in the setup, configuration, maintenance, and management of the Risk Management software and supporting systems. I.e. RiskLink (RMS), Touchstone (AIR), RiskInsight (KCC)Routinely execute performance analysis, system administration, and maintenance of multiple software systemsCreate and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures about implementations, integrations, configurations, security, upgrades, patches, and maintenanceDevelop scripts, workflows, or processes to automate manual tasksLiaise with other IT teams for system upgrades, disaster recovery, and maintenance of the underlying infrastructure on a per needed basis.Correspond with application vendor as priority level of responseMaintain platform-related knowledge of new features and opportunitiesAttend team meetings to stay informed about process changes and new initiativesProvide the roadmap on the application upgrades and lead the execution of the upgrade processAbility to perform well and professionally in a demanding, high performance IT organizationRespond to support incidents and independently provide support and troubleshooting as a priority one dedicated resource for the Risk Management department.What we are looking for as an Application Administrator I :
The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and troubleshooting virtual systems, applying OS patches and upgrades, and supporting network connectivity across a multi-site infrastructure. This role requires problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic enterprise environment.Experience with troubleshooting RiskLink (RMS), Touchstone (AIR), RiskInsight (KCC) and associated systems in an on-prem environment preferred.Why work for Frontline Insurance?
