WHB Engineers is a well-established and growing Civil Engineering and Construction Management firm with offices in San Diego, San Mateo, Dublin, Pleasant Hill and Chico, California. Our firm provides a full array of engineering, public works design and construction and project management services.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Managing Engineer with a minimum of 12 or more years of experience. The ideal candidate for this opportunity is a dependable and adaptable civil engineering professional, capable of marketing and winning work, leading a team, and carrying out managerial duties to staff. Experience in client management and sales is a plus. They demonstrate strong organizational, leadership and communication skills, can work independently while thriving in a team environment, and are personable and professional in their demeanor.

We offer a generous salary and benefits package that includes company paid medical and dental insurance, vacation and a 401(k) plan. The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $185,000, depending upon experience. Only qualified candidates that meet our requirements will be contacted.
