Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 3+ years of experience and proficiency in Philips CT equipment for a day shift role.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a CT department within a teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center
  • Adult patient population in a high-acuity setting
  • Shift is 3x12 hours, days from 9 : 00 to 21 : 30
  • Call required for 2 to 3 shifts per 4-week schedule
  • No floating required
  • Uses Philips CT scanners and Epic EMR
  • Scrubs must be black
  • Up to 5 days of requested time off will be considered
  • Time off during Mardi Gras (2 / 13 - 2 / 22) is discouraged
  • Candidates must live outside a 75-mile radius from the facility
  • Former permanent employees must be separated from any LCMC facility for at least one year before consideration

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a CT Technologist
  • Current BLS and ARRT(R) certifications required
  • Experience with Philips CT equipment required
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Teaching hospital or Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
  • License required if applicable
