The A-to-Z Sales Process

Our consultants manage the entire customer journey, delivering a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish:

• Initial Customer Engagement – Welcoming clients and understanding their needs
• Vehicle Selection – Matching customers with the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
• Test Drives – Conducting informative and engaging demonstrations
• Product Presentation – Showcasing features, benefits, and Honda brand value
• Trade-In Evaluation – Coordinating appraisals with our valuation team
• Financing & Protection Options – Presenting flexible solutions and coverage options
• Documentation & Compliance – Ensuring accurate and timely paperwork completion
• Vehicle Delivery – Final walk-through and key hand-off
• Post-Sale Follow-Up – Maintaining relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals

• Competitive base pay plus performance-based bonuses
• Incentives for completing the full A-to-Z sales cycle
• Guaranteed income during the initial training period

Our team members have earned between $50,000 and $175,000+ annually.
