Interim HealthCare in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled and compassionate LNA for our Private Duty care team. This role, with a schedule of Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 12 : 30pm to 7 : 00pm, offers a competitive salary of $29 per hour and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families. The job is located in Kingston, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities :

• Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
• Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
• Catheter care
