Pharmacist, Ambulatory Care

Job Summary :

Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to outpatient clinic patients to ensure safe and effective drug therapy, taking into consideration patient’s diagnosis, prescribed treatment, age group and other identified needs. Uses independent decision-making, clinical judgment, and in-depth knowledge of pharmacotherapy and therapeutics.

Job Requirements :

Education and Work Experience :

• Graduate of a school of pharmacy recognized by State of California Board of Pharmacy : Required
• Bachelor's Degree : Preferred
• One years' ambulatory care residency or three years' clinical work experience : Preferred
• Two years' experience as a clinical pharmacist specializing in a regulatory area : Preferred
