Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a production crew of 10-15 employees

• Ensure daily production goals and safety standards are met

• Coordinate shift planning, performance, and task assignments

• Report production metrics and escalate issues to management

• Support training, quality control, and team coaching

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing leadership

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Proven ability to manage teams and meet production targets
