[job_card.job_description]Prepare and position patients while accurately selecting technical parameters to produce detailed cross-sectional images. Perform pre-screening, scheduling, and educate patients about their examinations. Enter and monitor patient data, ensuring high-quality image submission to PACS. Prepare and administer contrast media per scope of practice and regulations. Maintain and ensure proper functionality of equipment, reporting any issues promptly. Assist in keeping the department organized and clean. Demonstrate vigilance and safety at all times. Perform additional duties as needed. Completion of a Radiology or MRI Technology program. No prior experience required - new graduates are welcome! Standing and walking frequently, with occasional lifting of objects up to 50 lbs. Good vision for detail and depth perception, and the ability to communicate effectively. Regularly involves moving and lifting patients. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. ARRT-MR or ARMRIT certification within 12 months of hire. Paid parental leave for eligible team members.
