Salary : $20-$35 Hour DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation : Set up and align forms for concrete according to blueprints or plans.
• Concrete Mixing and Pouring : Mix, pour, and spread concrete in specified proportions, ensuring it meets project specifications.
• Finishing Techniques : Use tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds to smooth and level freshly poured concrete surfaces.
• Application of Sealants : Apply sealants and hardening compounds to protect and enhance the durability of concrete surfaces.
• Monitoring and Adjustments : Monitor the curing process of concrete and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality finishes.
• Collaboration : Work alongside other tradespeople, including engineers and electricians, to complete construction projects effectively.
• Maintenance : Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in the finishing process.

Most jobs are local in the Boise region. Some l travel may be required dependent on projects.
