Salary Range: $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders and administer medications, including starting IVs and performing essential treatments and tests, while adhering to all company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess and identify patient conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs as well as responses to provided care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications, including both over-the-counter and prescription medications, as ordered.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to formulate a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Direct and mentor ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a recognized nursing program leading to a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Current Registered Nurse license in New York State.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained and maintained.
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care preferred.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with quality concepts and the capability to apply problem-solving tools and techniques in support of quality improvement in patient care.
