Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally.

Safely and effectively perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.

Carefully pack out, inventory, clean, and store damaged contents from affected properties.

Perform basic demolition and debris removal as required.

Assist in setting up and monitoring drying equipment.

Document all work performed, including photos and detailed notes.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in potentially challenging environments, including areas affected by water, fire, or mold.

Basic knowledge of construction or restoration is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.
