Description of Responsibilities

  • Assess patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric groups using comprehensive evaluations and observation methods.
  • Craft tailored treatment strategies that reflect both immediate and future communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals.
  • Deliver individualized speech therapy focusing on critical areas including communication skills, language development, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.
  • Engage collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to orchestrate unified care approaches.
  • Provide education to patients and their families to encourage progress beyond the clinical environment.
  • Contribute to inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions as needed, ensuring a fluid continuum of care throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Maintain comprehensive, precise documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends within your field through ongoing education and peer networking.

Educational Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified.
  • Required Certifications

  • State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be secured within 30 days of hire.
  • Key Skills

  • Expertise in research-driven treatment modalities for all age groups, coupled with insights into both developed and acquired speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Adaptive therapy techniques to cater to varying cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Sound clinical judgment paired with proficient problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and documentation standards.
  • Compensation and Benefits

  • Attractive salary reflective of experience.
  • Flexible scheduling to promote work-life harmony and manage diverse caseloads.
  • Opportunities to specialize in pediatrics, adult neurological rehabilitation, or geriatric therapy.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) alongside holiday compensation.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
  • Support for continuing education and professional development initiatives.
  • A collaborative and nurturing team environment dedicated to quality care and lifelong learning.
  • Your New Chapter Awaits - Together We Can Make a Difference

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will not just provide therapies; you will become an integral part of a mission-driven community aimed at enhancing communication, building connections, and creating moments of happiness through understanding. You will be surrounded by colleagues who value mutual growth in a culture of collaboration and support. Each patient carries a unique story, and we trust you to help articulate it with care.

A professional who sees the quiet child in the corner and imagines a future filled with self-expression, who perceives the hesitant words of a stroke survivor and senses their fierce determination to communicate.

You may specialize in pediatric care, seeking to transition your skills into adult services, or perhaps you are a neuro-focused clinician eager to incorporate early intervention into your practice. Regardless of your experience, if your heart leads you to enrich lives and guide others toward their communication goals, we cannot wait to meet you.

    Let's Create Connections - Together

If you see the beauty in speech as more than mere sounds, if you believe therapy encompasses trust and connection, and if you recognize that laughter can be just as important as language, then this may be your next career adventure. Step into a community that celebrates authenticity, communication, and the bravery that comes with starting anew. Apply today and lend your voice to our mission - helping others discover theirs.
