POSITION SUMMARY :
This role is essential in performing audits of client inventories, conducting storage site inspections, and executing inventory closeouts, ensuring smooth operations and accuracy.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct thorough audits of client inventories at designated storage locations, adhering to client business rules while completing necessary reconciliations and required documentation.
- Deliver all assignments in a professional and timely manner, in alignment with Company and Client standards.
- Utilize the on-line Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS) to update the status of assignments promptly.
- Review all directions and forms necessary for assignments prior to audits to guarantee exceptional service quality.
- Schedule assignments according to Client expectations and timelines to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain clear communication with client representatives and the AIMS management team through email and other formal communication channels.

Use a mobile electronic device to manage AIMS updates and complete assignments effectively.Adhere to all department and company policies and procedures diligently.Strive to exceed client expectations in all aspects of service.Communicate professionally and clearly in emails and calls.Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Education / Training :
High School Diploma or GED RequiredCollege Degree PreferredA mobile electronic device is essential for this role.
Transportation to audit sites is required. If operating a motor vehicle, candidates must possess a valid driver's license that meets Company standards and have current motor vehicle insurance.
Related Experience : Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in Pharmaceutical Sales is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Exceptional communication skills, proficiency in intermediate math, attention to detail, and strong computer skills are necessary.Physical Requirements : The position may require bending, squatting, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting items up to 25 lbs periodically.
