Lead daily field operations and ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and project goals. Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to maintain workflow and meet schedule milestones. Enforce safety protocols. Maintain daily reports, site logs, safety audits, and progress documentation. Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and healthcare personnel to resolve field issues. Oversee quality control, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to healthcare construction standards. Support scheduling, look-ahead planning, and logistics for multi-phase and occupied-facility projects. Lead subcontractor meetings, safety briefings, and coordination sessions. Manage site logistics, equipment planning, and material deliveries with minimal disruption to patient care. Mentor field staff and promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

7+ years of superintendent experience, preferably in healthcare or education construction. Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards, ICRA procedures, and infection control requirements. Proven ability to manage multi-phase, occupied-facility, and renovation projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
