Clinical Nurse III : Critical Care Float Pool - Day Shift

Join our dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain and enhance your critical care skills across various departments including Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and our intermediate care ICU, the MSICU.

Work Schedule : 40 hours / week, Days

Salary Range : $88,192.00 - $136,697.60

Hourly Rate : $36.73 - $60.93

As a Clinical Nurse III in the Critical Care Float Pool, you will have the chance to broaden your experience by working in all critical care areas at our Region's only Level I trauma center. This role not only allows you to work with patients in the critical care environment but also provides opportunities to gain additional competencies in Emergency Department care and neuro-progressive care areas.

We are looking for RNs who are passionate about creating a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues. You will play a vital role in :

• Implementing physician orders and administering medications.
• Starting IVs and performing treatments and procedures.
• Assessing and evaluating patient needs and responses to care.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care.
• Providing primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries.
• Directing and guiding ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
