BC in critical care
No mid-levels, nurses are well-trained and educated

30+ patients in unit with 2 physicians covering during the day

15-20 shifts
(7a-7p), 1 physician covering at night (7p-7a), and a
Swing shift that runs from 2 pm – 1 am.
(Productive, Night Call Coverage, 24hr Call Coverage, Weekday/Weeknight):
12-hour Productive shift – daytime and nighttime coverage (weekend and weekday), swing shift (2p-1a), all coverage neededystem:
