We are partnered with one of the leading homebuilders operating in the western states. With over 30 years of history, they've built $700-million worth of dream homes for past customers. Due to their success, they have emphasized supporting the community around them.

The accounting team is adding an AP Specialist to support their paperless processing efforts. You will research and process invoices daily while referencing POs and collaborating with the team as needed. A successful candidate will have experience with investigations as well as high-volume invoice processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Process invoices by assigned divisions
  • Participate in check-runs in the office
  • Perform AP reviews for team members
  • Sort and file incoming invoices for processing
  • Review invoices as needed

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Accounting preferred
  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
  • Experience with check runs, performing batch reviews, and processing by division
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite
