Direct customers to Service Technician to answer questions or address concerns. Work well with your Service Technician and be willing and able to learn. Ability to work at heights on flat and inclined surfaces year-round in Florida weather required – roofers work on roofs. Ability to climb ladders and set up work requirements in a safe manner required. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions required. Ability to lift material, tools, and equipment constantly throughout the day required to complete the job. Description : PURPOSE :
Assist Service Technician to diagnose and repair defects in any roofing system with zero-defects and assure all customer needs are efficiently and effectively addressed.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Always maintain a SAFE work environment.
- Adhere to Best Roofing Fundamentals.
- Complete work as assigned by the Service Technician.
- Understand product specification requirements.
- Adhere to company processes and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
