FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Little Rock, AR
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Little Rock, AR area. In this role, you will install, service, and maintain advanced medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, and related automated lab analyzers). The right candidate will have strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, along with proven field service experience.
Must-Haves :
Certificate or AAS Degree in Electronics or related discipline
3+ years of current or recent Field Service Engineer experience
Strong background in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting
Ability to perform overnight travel as required
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Reside in the Little Rock, AR area (No relocation offered)
US Work Authorization required (No Sponsorship Available)
Responsibilities :
Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on medical laboratory instrumentation
Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems
Provide on-site customer training on instrument operation
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate problem resolution with Field Support Group
Preferred (but not required) :
Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or medical instrumentation
Compensation & Benefits :
Base Salary : $68K – $85K (depending on experience)
Additional overtime + performance bonus ($5K–$10K+ annually)
