28 year agent is looking for a leader in sales and customer service.

You would start in office, sales, learning our system and philosphy. You would sell, service and and grow our existing business. You would hire and train as needed, taking a management position. Manage marketing, budgeting and benefits. Over the next 2-5 years you would take over this agency as agency owner, buying me out. Current cash flows are tremendous, but will improve with additional support and sales on site. This is a Golden Oppertunity for the right person, are You ready to be that person?

Must have Awesome experience, Insurance background, sales, ability and be willing to work hard for a great current and future benefit.

We sell and service personal lines, commercial lines and financial products so you must have a full license and be ready to hit the ground running.
