Construction Project Manager (San Francisco, CA)
LHH is teaming up with a non-profit affordable-housing organization in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA in search of a Construction Project Manager to support the development and execution of new residential housing projects.
This organization is committed to expanding access to stable homeownership and strengthening local communities through long-term, sustainable housing initiatives. As part of their mission-driven team, you'll work on meaningful projects that create lasting impact for first-time homeowners and underserved communities. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to blend technical expertise with purpose-driven work and be part of a collaborative, high-impact environment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional who thrives in managing multi-family residential projects from predevelopment through close-out. They should bring strong budget management skills, the ability to interpret plans, confidence working with subcontractors and permitting agencies, and a passion for building safe, high-quality communities. Exceptional organization, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Pay Rate : $120,000-$130,000 / year, depending on experience
