Key Responsibilities
Manage order intake and provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and documentation
Monitor customer orders and implement improvements to enhance service levels and account management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
2 - 3 years of customer care or related experience; college degree preferred
Six Sigma Certification is a plus
Proven ability to implement process improvements that enhance service levels
Demonstrated autonomy in decision-making based on data analysis
Ability to work from home with access to high-speed internet and a suitable work environment
