A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tier one support for inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
Manage order and quote entry, resolve discrepancies, and issue returns
Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer commitments are met
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of four years in customer service or order management
At least five years of experience with Salesforce and SAP systems
Experience with Capital Sales and the Quote to Cash process in a medical device company
At least three years of experience with Service Contracts and processing returns
Ability to work in a regulated environment compliant with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820
