Title Curative Specialist

A company is looking for a Title Curative Specialist to review titles and resolve complex title issues.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain communication with clients, counsel, title companies, and closing attorneys

Research and resolve outstanding liens, judgments, taxes, and other title issues

Generate title reports and ensure timely completion of all curative tasks

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of state-by-state curative processes and their impact on closings

Minimum three (3) years of title curative experience

REO, Foreclosure, and Bankruptcy review and curative experience required

High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred

Ability to make complex decisions within company guidelines
