Human Touch Home Care seeking an Administrator in the to function as an exceptional Admin manager to oversee care management, quality assurance and compliance for the home care services, and direct the interdisciplinary team (IDT). An LPN to review and update care plans and documentation while maintaining accurate records. The Administrator / LPN will establish goals and objectives to advance the home care agency to higher levels of quality and regulatory compliance while implementing quality standards to ensure excellent delivery of home health care.
