Your day to day as a Remote Experience Coordinator

As a vital member of the Phil Long Ford of Motor City team, you'll be responsible for writing all Mobile service tickets and coordinating the essential logistics of our mobile operations. You will quarterback pickup and delivery drives, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers while striving to increase mobile business. Your goal will be to keep three vehicles booked with six appointments each day, and maintain the Remote Experience Percentage above FCP guidelines. You'll expertly manage the mobile schedule, ensuring all necessary parts are ordered and all tickets are paid promptly. You will assist service writers with writing tickets for service customers as well.

Additionally, collaborating closely with the Fleet Department will be key to growing our mobile business, making this a thrilling opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
