Clinical Technician 1 Intensive Care Unit

Inova Alexandria Hospital is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician to join our Medical / Surgical Intensive Care Unit team. This role will be full time night shift, Monday - Friday, rotating weekends, 6pm - 6.30am.

Clinical Technician Job Responsibilities :

The Clinical Technician 1 assists in the delivery of direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Communicates and collaborates with care team members to implement the plan of care to meet individualized and developmental patient care outcomes. Partners with the Registered Nurse to create a professional development plan to gain the necessary skills to deliver up to date patient care and utilizes information to continuously improve patient care and practice while enhancing outcomes.

Shift : Day Shift (6pm - 6.30am)

Schedule : Three12 hour shifts per week (with every other weekend rotation)

Training : Ideal candidate must be able to attend a paid, 6-week training course
