Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for selected Go-To-Market roles
Flexibly support other recruiters with sourcing and screening as needed
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for evolving commercial roles
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for finance, fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth tech companies
Expertise in full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Account Management, and Client Success roles
Ability to recruit for complex roles, including quota-carrying sales talent
Proactive, organized, and resourceful in a rapidly changing environment
Analytical skills to use metrics for improving hiring outcomes
