Companion Linc is a 245D Waivered Services Provider that supports approximately 130 individuals throughout the Metro Area with a variety of intellectual and / or physical needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.

• Competitive Pay & Great Benefits -Sleepover positions paid at lower wage ($12.00).
• Any time spent awake during the overnight (12am-8am) during the shift is paid at $19.00 / hour. Employees eligible for a raise at 12 months, based upon satisfactory performance. Employees are paid to complete and maintain all required training for their position. All employees are eligible for Earned Safe and Sick Time, and to participate in the company 401K which offers a 4% employer match. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays.
