Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented BCBA who excels at both clinical expertise and soft skills . You’ll work closely with families, prioritizing parent concerns, conducting thorough assessments, and writing high-quality reports in a timely manner. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where your ability to build trust and communicate effectively is just as important as your technical skill set. This role focuses primarily on conducting in-person assessments in the Baltimore area, with no ongoing caseload responsibilities unless desired. If open to travel, you may also be asked to visit other locations to complete assessments as needed. Each evaluation is a chance to create waves of change, one ripple at a time , helping individuals and families take meaningful steps toward their goals.
