[job_card.job_description]Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners A proactive mindset and attention to detail A full-time position with a competitive starting salary of $39,700 (19.09 / hr) A flexible, hybrid schedule working Monday through Friday A career path with advancement and growth opportunities 14 days paid time off within your first year with us + 6 paid holidays Full benefits, 401K, profit sharing and great discounts Act as the primary contact for assigned Groups, providing expertise in car sales processing, accounting, and compliance Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers Communicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to Groups Lead group calls to review reporting and performance metrics Monitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactions Assist with processing transactions throughout the month Resolve issues related to funding, data entry, and collections Handle branch-specific requests such as auditing files, managing returned vehicles, and scanning documents Partner with Groups and Shared Services to identify trends and resolve problems Build and maintain strong relationships with teams and vendors Participate in meetings to share insights and improve customer experience Executing Working With a Team Customer Service Detail-Oriented Analyzing Communication Flexibility High School Diploma / GED Required Two (2) years or more years of customer service experience Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Two (2) years of administrative support experience
