Battle Management Software (BMS) Department in Ft. Wayne IN focuses on providing world class Radar and Command and Control (C2) Software for our customers wide array of Surveillance and Warning Systems. BMS is looking to hire a skilled Senior Software Engineer with experience in C applications to work onsite.

What You Will Do :

• Design develop and test software based on software trouble reports in an agile collaborative environment delivering build to site twice a year.
• Participate in agile execution and continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with systems and SI&T engineers to analyze implement and test system modification requests to the existing system baseline.
• Travel to customer site (up to 50%) for software build install and test as needed.

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
